Sales Account Executive, Southern Europe

We are a global manufacturer of advanced plasma-processing equipment, providing etch, deposition, plasma dicing and rapid-thermal processing technologies used across a wide range of applications: photonics, wireless and connectivity, power devices, data storage, sensors & MEMS, advanced packaging, and academic research and R&D.
Through multiple strategic acquisitions and a strong commitment to innovation, we have significantly expanded our product portfolio in recent years. We’re growing our European sales team! This newly created role aims to strengthen our commercial presence in Southern Europe, a region with strong market potential for Plasma-Therm but with limited coverage to date. We offer a permanent employment contract and a competitive package including fixed base and variable compensation.
You love challenges, identifying and investigating new sales opportunities through on-site customer visits, calls, demos, and factory tours.
You aim to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
You are motivated by conducting presentations, leading technical and commercial discussions with prospects, and negotiating technical and commercial aspects of deals to successfully close contracts.
You’re organized and maintain accurate records and reports in Salesforce, ensuring reliable sales forecasting.
You are absolutely fluent in English. Italian, strongly preferred.
Several years’ experience in capital equipment sales within the semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Physics or Chemistry or similar) minimum. Master’s Degree preferred. A great ease using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
