Benefit from friends' rates in partner hotels and discounts in many NENI restaurants- Welcome to our Bikini world: opportunities for professional growth and development**WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?**- Experience in the reservations department (individual & groups)- Experience with Opera Cloud is highly valuable- Open minded team-player with hands-on mentality- Strong communicator with excellent (self-) organizational skills- Fluent in English, good Spanish knowledge & German knowledge is a plus**WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?**- Ensure smooth and seamless reservations processes together with the team- Send booking confirmations, modifications and cancellations for Bikini Hotel Port de Sóller & Bikini Hotel Es Trenc- Enter manual bookings into Opera Cloud, filling in guest- and reservation profiles accurately- Maintaining guest-and reservations data base- In charge of checking OTA & TA reservations received through the Channel Manager- Prepare and send payment links according to Rate Code, send follow-ups if payment deadlines are missed- Stay cool - be organized and mindful about each task: sending the 5th modification, answering repetitive questions, adding Traces, Notes and Alerts- Be informed about seasonal packages and special promotions and share the information with your team members and management proactively- Reporting directly to Reservations and Revenue Manager; in their absence to Rooms Operations Manager
