In addition, they will provide regional support for truck bus and agricultural product lines, work closely with Marketing Market Intelligence teams and the Quality Manager, and report directly to the Iberia Regional Director. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppSales Target Achievement /pulliPlan, execute, and oversee the commercial strategy for TBR, with quarterly and annual goals. /liliAnalyse KPIs and adjust tactics to maximise sales volume and profitability. /li /ulpbr/ppCustomer Portfolio Development /pulliIdentify and prospect new distributors and transport fleets nationwide. /liliManage and strengthen relationships with existing customers; present new solutions and promotions. /li /ulpbr/ppRegional Support for Commercial Products /pulliProvide technical advice to truck bus and agricultural clients on tyre selection and use. /liliOffer training and field support to distributors and end-users in various regions. /li /ulpbr/ppCollaboration with Marketing Market Intelligence /pulliParticipate in the development of campaigns, trade shows, and product demonstrations. /liliContribute field information to market trend analysis and competitor monitoring. /li /ulpbr/ppQuality Management Support /pulliInvestigate and validate product claims, coordinating on-site inspections as needed. /liliWork with the Quality Manager to implement corrective and preventive actions. /li /ulpbr/ppEnd-User Loyalty /pulliImplement retention programs, preventive maintenance initiatives, and warranty policies. /liliGather technical and commercial feedback to support continuous product and service improvement. /li /ulpbr/ppReporting and Internal Coordination /pulliReport directly to the Iberia Regional Director. /liliCoordinate actions with Sales, After-Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. /liliAt least 5 years in industrial or commercial tyre sales, preferably OTR.
