The main task of the Chemicals division is the import and export of chemicals of all kinds, their derivatives and various chemical end products for customers in Europe and Asia. This role is a new position created to develop sales and business of polyolefins primarily in Portugal and Northern Spain regions. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p ulli Regular customer visits and sales of our product range as well as the acquisition and performance of sales-oriented tasks through regular telephone customer contacts /lili Responsibility for sales, turnover and contribution margin for the assigned area /lili Active sales acquisition and identification of sales opportunities /lili Submission of offers and price negotiations with the customer on site /lili Obtaining market information as well as determining and monitoring the competitive situation /lili Ensuring proper and timely order and shipping processing /lili Customer acquisition, visits and support /lili Complaint processing and sales correspondence /lili Order and shipping processing of complete order, also for third countries /lili Create calculations, statistics and offers /lili Provide a weekly report on business activities (including sales performance versus budget) and the market environment /lili Provide visit reports all relevant feedback in CRM /lili Analysis of customer, competitor and market trends and demand structure in defined area /li /ul pb Person profile: /b /p ulli A university commercial / technical degree and professional sales experience of more than 10 years /lili Working experience in trading or distribution company as a polymer resin trader, especially PE PP items in Northern Spain and Portugal region /lili Candidates with experience of Portugal are particularly sought /lili Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese languages /lili MS Office skills /lili Willingness to travel and an independent, goal-oriented and systematic way of working /lili Outstanding interpersonal skills across cultures /li /ul pem For reasons of better legibility, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (f/m/d) is avoided.
