Remote / Spain | up to €60,000 + Benefits

I'm supporting a fast-growing SaaS business looking to hire a GTM Systems Engineer to help scale and evolve its commercial systems environment.

This isn't a traditional RevOps role. The team already has support coverage for day-to-day CRM administration and ticketing. Instead, they're looking for someone who can build, automate, integrate and improve the systems that power the revenue engine.

You'll work directly with the Head of Revenue Operations to stabilise and evolve the GTM tech stack, improve CRM adoption and data quality, deliver automation projects, and build new functionality directly into the platform.

What You'll Be Doing

* Owning and improving the commercial systems environment
* Developing and implementing new CRM features and functionality
* Building workflows, automations and integrations across the GTM stack
* Improving CRM adoption, data quality and process consistency
* Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to understand operational challenges
* Supporting the implementation and integration of DealHub
* Designing scalable processes that improve how commercial teams operate
* Leveraging AI, automation and modern tooling to eliminate manual work
* Helping shape the future roadmap for the revenue systems function

What We're Looking For

* Experience owning or developing CRM platforms
* Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
* Hands-on JavaScript coding skills
* Experience building automations, workflows and integrations
* Exposure to Power Platform, Power Automate or similar technologies
* Understanding of APIs and system-to-system integrations
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity
* Comfortable working directly with commercial stakeholders

* Power Apps
* Dataverse
* HubSpot experience
* DealHub / CPQ exposure
* Revenue Operations or GTM Systems experience
* Experience supporting Sales, Marketing or Customer Success teams
