Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management: To effectively manage customer relationships and understand the business environment in a timely manner, you must:
* Collect relevant market information.
* Design work plans.
* Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales leads and analyze client needs.
* Coordinate internal resource allocation and feasibility studies for potential projects.
* Organize and execute PR activities, such as communication conferences with clients.
Tender: To ensure the success of project bidding, you must:
* Evaluate company capabilities that meet client needs.
* Lead tender proposal and relevant documents preparation based on the client's request for proposal (RFP).
* Determine project scope together with technical and business departments based on an understanding of client requirements, and submit the tender proposal to clients.
* Visit clients periodically to capture updated client requirements and allocate appropriate internal resources to revise project documents.
* Participate in contract negotiation.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or IT, or equivalent qualification.
Skills:
* Good knowledge of telecommunication business in the Spanish Market.
* Good knowledge of telecommunication products/solutions, including ZTE and competitors.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
