Overview
Senior Account Manager
We are looking for an upbeat individual with a results-oriented spirit and proven track record of successful account retention. As a Senior Account Manager (Graphic Chain Production Management), you will oversee all operational activities relating to the supplying of SGX goods and services and contribute to the growth of our existing account.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all production work through the studio is produced to brand guidelines and agreed timings
* Manage and develop direct reporting staff
* Monitor systems to measure performance against established standards
* Monitor staff performance against agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to forecast, plan to meet, and supply demand to relevant quality; balance staff load as necessary
* Build relationships with a major client to ensure revenue growth and client retention
* Meet core KPIs around pipeline coverage, progression, forecast, meetings, and activity
* Manage billing and invoicing process including review/approval of invoice packages; process billing corrections; posting of revenue accrual; and A/R adjustments
* Analyze partner business performance, track KPIs, and ensure growth MoM
* Support Senior Account Director in day-to-day operations
Role allocation: 70% of the position focuses on production management and client service satisfaction; 30% of the time focuses on KPI analytics, billing, and invoicing processes.

* Graphic chain packaging knowledge
* Ability to lead operational teams
* Excellent skills in Artwork, Repro, Retouching
* Client service experience
* High-performance mentality and consistency in overachievement
* Spanish and English, professional level or native
* Ability to share skills and knowledge with others
* Experience in team management and ability to inspire others
* Self-motivation, strong work ethic, ownership
* Strong analytical skills; ability to identify root causes and solve problems

Additional information
* Full time, permanent contract
* Work arrangement: hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 days remote
* Start date: ideally October
