We are seeking a Technical Studies Specialist to ensure the accurate preparation of technical bids according to the tender specifications.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating the development of the technical bid document.
* Studying the tender documents thoroughly to organize the preparation of the technical bid.
* Preparing technical documentation for assigned tenders, ensuring competitiveness.
* Collaborating with various departments and specialists to develop and review bid sections.
* Ensuring the quality and presentation of technical documentation.
* Communicating deadlines and formats with the final responsible person.
* Conducting economic analysis of the bid, including cost studies and proposing cost savings.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or similar.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Valuable experience in operation or construction of desalination, wastewater treatment, and drinking water plants.
* Previous experience in contractual management in EPC industrial projects, preferably in the water sector.
* High level of English (C1); intermediate French and Portuguese are a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Presto, MS Project, AutoCAD, and water cycle knowledge.
* Valuable skills in Biowin, EPANET, and a Master's in Water Cycle Management and Treatment Plant Design.
* Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
* Strong communication skills, initiative, problem-solving, attention to detail, and team leadership abilities.
