Our client, Huawei, is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. We are looking for fresh graduates in a Business Bachelor or Master’s Degree to join our Procurement Department as Junior Procurement Specialist in Madrid.
Responsibilities
* Procurement Environment and Market Insight: Analyzing supplier development and information on their market trends.
* Monitor the price impact of economic environment changes on the basic cost elements of the market.
* Supplier sourcing and qualification support for new product/service capabilities.
* Supplier contract clause clarification and negotiation preparation.
* Procurement Contract Management and internal control operation.
* Core internal and external meeting organization, recording and summarizing, with publicity if needed.
* Supplier performance management, including evaluation, communication of results with suppliers, and setting and monitoring improvement actions; collect and respond to supplier feedback.
General requirements
* Fresh Graduate including but not limited to Business Administration, Communication, Engineering, Finance, Laws, Accounting. Graduation year 2025 or 2026.
* Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit; organized and detail-oriented.
* Well acquainted with Windows operating system and office software, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
* Fluent in English (official qualifications are a plus).
Experience
>1 year related work experience.
Language
English & Spanish fluent in writing and speaking.
Education
Bachelor Degree or above.
