We are looking for an experienced Product Configurator (Claims) / Functional Architect to join our team!
Purpose / Mission
The purpose of the position is to design and implement the business processes and services related to claims management with an E2E perspective, applying innovation, creativity, cost efficiency and risk control criteria to provide the best UX and meet the needs of the main stakeholders (partners, distributors, BUs, customers and internal departments). The main objective is to create processes and services that are innovative, standard, efficient, simple and of value to the client. The claims expert will work continuously with technicians, product configurator, chain manager, product manager to maintain a logical structure in our system regarding the claims process and services.
Responsibilities
Design, document, develop, maintain, improve, and configure all finance processes and business rules with a multi-country usability perspective.
Own end-to-end finance processes, considering the key stakeholders and customer needs.
Negotiate new services with suppliers, establishing collaboration and service level agreements.
Support and collaborate with other BU's or partners.
Design the applicable Target Operating Model in each relationship model (partners, customers, etc.) including SLAs, KRI definitions and monitoring.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, Master of Science, completed studies in business administration or IT.
Experience in business processes configuration.
Database knowledge (SQL/PL SQL Oracle).
5+ years hands‐on experience in similar roles.
Certifications: BPM, LSS.
Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
Analytical thinking to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
