Job Summary
Job Purpose
Lead projects to successful completion by coordinating internal resources and external stakeholders to develop new business for PARP through innovation projects and new business models (including M&A) from start to finish. Ensure growth aligns with PARP’s budget and strategic plan.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities within PARP subsegments (M&A, key partnerships, disruptive or complex innovation projects, new business models).
* Define suitable products, market approach, operational setup, team, and external partners for these opportunities.
* Break down opportunities into tangible objectives and actions.
* Lead informal teams and facilitate teamwork to execute actions and achieve objectives.
* Manage project financials (revenue, margin, costs) and timelines.
* Act as primary contact and manage relationships with external partners.
* Prepare and lead regular reviews, including presentations.
* Collaborate with other Imerys functions and segments to leverage potential synergies.
* Ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of P&L data and financial modeling for assessing profitability.
* Capable of managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision and prioritizing effectively.
* Business-minded with a focus on Imerys’ benefits.
* Strong project management and team leadership skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
* Ability to build internal and external relationships.
* Technical understanding of how products are made and their value to customers.

Job Specifications
* Master’s degree in Science or Engineering; MBA preferred.
* Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales, or business development with a technical product.
* Knowledge of plastics, adhesives, rubber, and paints markets, technologies, and players.
* Willingness to travel approximately 30-40% of the time.
* Business acumen and technical understanding of the mineral industry.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages like French are a plus.
