We are supporting a European technology company that develops digital tools used by restaurants to manage reservations, optimize table usage, and increase visibility. Operating across several international markets, the company is now launching a
new commercial team
dedicated to expanding into
additional European regions
.
This role sits within a newly created Inside Sales unit and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the rollout of new markets, in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
You will report directly to a Sales Manager responsible for international expansion.
Your Responsibilities
* Prospect and engage restaurants located in
Swiss German–speaking areas
, using outbound calls and qualified leads
* Present and sell a digital solution designed to support restaurant operations (online booking, table management, and promotional tools)
* Guide restaurant owners and managers through the adoption of the solution
* Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to activation
* Work closely with peers to test approaches, share feedback, and continuously improve sales processes
Your Profile
* Native-level German speaker (Swiss German is an advantage) with a professional command of English
* Prior experience in
outbound B2B sales
, ideally within software, tech, or high-volume commercial environments
* Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with targets
* Clear and confident communicator, able to adapt messaging to different interlocutors
* Curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in evolving or undefined contexts
* Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing a sales pipeline
* Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent) is a plus
* Experience in hospitality is appreciated but not required
