* Strategic and entrepreneurial capabilities with ability to provide analytical focus and develop innovative solutions to enhance commercial performance.
* Proven leadership skills with ability to lead, mentor, and develop high performing commercial team members pricing governance legal.
* Strong communication skills to interact with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L oversight.
* Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle management, including negotiation and dispute resolution.
* Expertise in identifying and mitigating commercial and contractual risks.
* Minimum of 8 years of business experience in building supporting technology businesses is required
* Minimum 1 year experience negotiating technology deals
* English C1/C2 as your future team is native English.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience.
