Opportunity: Area Manager in Alicante
To strengthen our leadership in the region, we have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join our team managing the Alicante area.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial growth and consolidation of your zone, creating and leveraging business opportunities to achieve company objectives. You will have the chance to be an inspiring and entrepreneurial leader, helping to develop your team, which will be key to your area's success.
You will ensure that company projects and strategies are executed efficiently, leading a motivated and qualified team.
Responsibilities:
* Revenue and sales management: Conduct strategic analyses, forecasts, and set budgets and sales targets. Develop action plans for the area, stores, and staff, ensuring their implementation through store visits, sharing objectives, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring sales growth.
* People management: Responsible for the development and performance of store staff. During visits, foster a culture of development, provide coaching and feedback, promote team spirit and motivation. Collaborate with Regional Director and HR in staff selection.
* Resource and personnel planning: Based on territory analysis, ensure your area has the right staff to achieve the best results. Explore growth opportunities within your zone's store network.
Requirements:
* University degree (Bachelor's or Master's).
* Previous experience as an Area Manager (3-5 years) or in Operations Management.
* Experience in dynamic sectors (retail experience is a plus).
* Availability to travel across the country (international mobility is a plus).
