**Global Sourcing Manager Concrete Tower Components**:

**MISSION**: Development of the supply chain for concrete tower components.
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Category Strategy development and Implementation.
- Supplier relationship management and Supplier Account Management.
- Coordinate all supplier-related activities throughout the value chain.
- Ensure and control supplier performance.
- Set-up framework agreements with blade suppliers and monitor their performance assuring supply.
- Manage supplier accounts including internal as well as external interfaces.
- Responsible for global targets (cost, quality, delivery) in coordination with stakeholders
- General development of supply chain concrete tower components.
- Search for alternative suppliers, RfQ
- Negotiation of capacity and prices.
- Negotiate and manage global contracts depending on Commodity, service or country/market.
- Secure proactive supplier engagement on initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, costs, corporate social responsibility, sustainability and Innovation.
- Ensure KPIs and targets are achieved at supplier level.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Business and/or Engineering degree or other relevant educational background.
- Above 3-5 years of experience in the same or similar position.
- Experience in precast concrete or construction buildings.
- English is a must. Minimum C1 certificate.
- Valuable: German, Portuguese, Chinese.
- Proactive profile.
- Leadership.
- Communication skills and high degree of teamwork.
- Autonomous and challenge motivated.
- Resolution oriented person.
- High negotiation skills.
- Flexibility and good change adaptability.
- Able to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
