Sales Execution
1. Own full sales cycle from first contact to closed-won
2. Apply MEDDIC methodology for opportunity qualification
3. Achieve >25% win rate on qualified opportunities (SQLs)
Reduce average sales cycle to 80% on 30-day forecasts
6. Documentation: 100% CRM compliance
