Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent program manager to take ownership of our Inside Sales and Social Selling programs. These initiatives are crucial for providing a world-class customer experience for ABB Robotics contacts. Your main responsibilities will include :
* Program Ownership : Drive the development and implementation of the Inside Sales program across various countries and the Social Selling program globally, ensuring effective integration and achievement of goals.
* Inside Sales Program : Collaborate with global and local teams to implement a scalable program that ensures efficient handling of 100% of leads, tailoring approaches to different sales organizations.
* Social Selling Program : Develop comprehensive training to empower employees to leverage social media, foster relationships, and enhance customer experience.
* Stakeholder Engagement : Work with country sales teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and integration of the programs.
* Change Management : Lead efforts for smooth implementation, working closely with marketing, sales, and communications teams.
* Performance Measurement : Establish and monitor KPIs, continuously optimize, and regularly report on program performance.
Qualifications for the Role
* Self-Motivation and Independence : Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work autonomously, driving projects to completion.
* Strategic Thinking : Design and implement programs aligned with organizational goals.
* Excellent Communication : Effectively engage stakeholders at all levels and promote programs internally.
* Adaptability : Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Technical Skills : Experience in program / project management, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
