JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Sales Manager (EMEA Region) is responsible for Sales performance (sales, logistics, administration) for Northern and Eastern Europe region in term of daily sales management to ensure the development of sales according to yearly budget targets. He oversees the implementation of the Calucem Global CAC sales strategy (turnover, profitability, distribution network) to develop the activity according to Medium Term Plan of the company. Sales Manager reports to CCTO to whom he is accountable for consolidating required information to monitor the company sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls within the region
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
Achieve and strive to exceed planned sales targets
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage inbound leads, and conduct follow-up calls and meetings
Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution
Recruit, interview, train, and on‐board new sales representatives
Research customer needs and requirements;
implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales
Interact with sales representatives, team leaders/managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business
Analyse sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue
Follow‐up on potential sales leads
Coordinating with European Headquarter on lead generation as well a gaining market knowledge and insights
Promoting the organization and products
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Regular forecasting but once every quarter in full detail (bottom up)
Actively manage overdue accounts and ensure timely collections
The employee is required to attend courses and training provided by the employer
Participate with other team members, or individually, in conferences, trade shows, and customer training events to promote the organization, along with new product developments and services.
In the daily work, the employee obeys all procedures, quality plans, with special attention to environmental protection, hazardous waste and its disposal, and fully applies all rules of laws and regulations on safety at work
According to the needs of the organization, as well as according to the order of direct supervisor, employee can perform other tasks according to the priority or order of his direct supervisor and in accordance with its professional competence and mental and physical abilities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree required;
degree in chemical engineering, engineering, or related field is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Drymix or Chemical Construction industry.
