This role focuses on onboarding and engaging high-growth companies within the German market, including future scale-ups and potential unicorns. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving product adoption, minimizing churn, and identifying upsell and growth opportunities through consultative sales and performance-driven Google Ads strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a trusted advisor while onboarding a portfolio of new clients
* Build and optimize high-performing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns
* Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising solutions
* Understand customer objectives and deliver tailored, results-led strategies
* Launch strategic campaigns focused on immediate impact and long-term scalability
* Drive spend growth and campaign upselling
* Manage high volumes of potential clients daily via outbound calls
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within CRM systems
Requirements
* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent professional experience
* C2 level German and fluent English (written and spoken)
* Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in client-facing or high-performance environments
* Strong ability to work independently and consistently deliver measurable results
* Proven expertise in customer relationship management and CRM optimization
* Regular use of AI tools to personalize outreach and improve decision-making
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
* Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and market trends
* Self-motivated, proactive, and confident, with a goal-oriented mindset
* Able to work autonomously while actively collaborating with team members

* In-depth understanding of the German market, including cultural nuances and business etiquette
* Ability to identify and target companies with strong growth potential
* Confidence in managing complex stakeholder structures (agencies, multiple decision-makers, and sceptical clients)

* Competitor analysis and market trend evaluation to support strategic positioning
* Solid knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem across German regions
* Ability to position Google Ads as an integrated, value-driven solution
* Experience addressing advanced questions around ROI, platform integrations, and performance scalability
* Strong understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations, with the ability to tailor outreach accordingly
