Account Manager – i Gaming (Payments Startup) Barcelona or Europe (€20k)OverviewWe're looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with i Gaming clients for a fast-growing payments startup. You'll be the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth payment operations, driving revenue growth, and delivering a high-quality client experience.Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of i Gaming clients, building strong, long-term relationshipsAct as the primary contact for day-to-day client needs, escalations, and performance reviewsMonitor payment performance (approval rates, fraud, chargebacks) and provide actionable insightsCollaborate with internal teams (product, risk, compliance, tech) to resolve issues and improve serviceIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow account revenueSupport onboarding of new clients and payment methods across marketsStay informed on i Gaming trends, regulations, and payments landscape Requirements
2–5 years of experience in account management, preferably in payments, fintech, or i GamingStrong understanding of payment flows, PSPs, and risk/fraud conceptsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsData-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and present performance metricsComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentFluency in English (additional languages a plus) Nice to Have
Experience working with high-risk industries or regulated marketsFamiliarity with global payment methods and cross-border transactions
