Role Description
We’re looking for a passionate Barista & Retail Assistant to join our team full-time in Consell. You’ll be preparing and serving high-quality coffee, assisting customers with retail purchases, and creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere. You’ll also support daily operations and help maintain a clean, organized space that reflects our love for bikes and great coffee.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks and other beverages
* Assist customers with bike-related retail purchases
* Deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a barista
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Fluent in English and conversational Spanish
* Passion for cycling and bike culture
* Positive attitude and team spirit
