We are a technology team of a fast-growing IoT Company, and we now have the opportunity for an IT Customer Marketing and CEX Team Leader, in our Technology Hub in Madrid, reporting directly to the manager of the area.
Job description
The IT Customer Marketing and CEX Team Leader will be part of our Technology department, leading and developing a set of teams responsible for our Customer Marketing Platforms in 16 countries across Europe and LATAM. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally in a technological and innovative environment, while creating best-in-class engineering teams.
As the Team Leader, you will the primary point of accountability for teams that develop and operate the tools used by technicians in Verisure.
We seek a candidate who is customer-focused, methodological, and driven by results, with strong communication and negotiation skills, and passion for process excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams (including Product Owners, Technical Leads, Software Quality Engineers, etc.), ensuring continuous growth and delivery excellence.
- Foster the creation of best-in-class teams, products and solutions through your leadership, technical expertise, experience and strategic vision.
Support teams in resolving cross-functional dependencies and challenges, enabling smooth collaboration across teams.
- Take full ownership your domain, including solutions design, delivery, service operations and budget management, leveraging on your teams' performance.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with business stakeholders across multiple countries, supporting and helping the teams in effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Work closely with Product Owners to understand, rationalise and prioritise business needs, aligning them with IT budget and strategic goals.
- Oversee external providers, fostering strategic partnership and driving win-win outcomes.
- Lead innovation initiatives across teams, solutions, and geographies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Empower teams to deliver scalable, multi-country solutions that comply with global IT architectural standards.
-Actively contribute to shaping and evolving the IT organisation, collaborating with peers to drive transformation and excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related technical field.
- Advanced English proficiency (min C1)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in:
* Leading engineering and other technical teams
* Software Engineering and other IT roles as PO or Scrum Master.
* Strong stakeholder management skills in multi-country environments.
* Managing C-level stakeholders.
* Proficiency in agile methodologies and ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
* Experience in managing external providers and vendor relationships.
* Solid background in budget planning and financial oversight.
* Capacity planning and resource management expertise.
