With a global network of over 100,000 talented people in more than 100 countries, WPP is a leader in marketing services, AI, data, and technology, serving many of the world's biggest companies and advertisers, including around 300 Fortune Global 500 companies.ResponsibilitiesMaking precise editorial changes to videos.Ensuring broadcast compliance for final TVCs ('clocking').Creating graphics for moving or still visuals.Animating motion graphics for videos and GIFs.Managing media consolidation and transfers.Creating DCP formats.Encoding and transferring assets for approval and delivery.Uploading asset kits to Digital Asset Management platforms.Researching and sourcing clips from various resources.Supporting team members in gathering resources.Transcoding and assembling video assets for rough cuts.Coordinating with creatives, producers, and other teams.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in the media industry.Proficiency in English is an asset.Understanding of customer care and service principles.Ability to perform quality checks to ensure high standards.Knowledge of audiovisual and creative criteria.Adaptability to new working methods and technologies (e.G., AI, programming).Willingness to learn and share knowledge with the team.Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder.Knowledge of Da Vinci is an asset.Understanding of good animation practices in 2D & 2.5D.Knowledge of After Effects plugins like Optical Flare and Particular.Comfortable with Mac OSX, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.Understanding of media formats, video codecs, and broadcast workflows.Illustration skills are a plus.Inclusion and ImpactWPP is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a culture of respect and equal opportunity for all applicants.
