Job Description:
1. Launch of the daily routine within a horizon of a week:
o Attend the daily production monitoring meeting.
o Report production progress, parts availability, and support adjustment of daily priorities.
2. Support Work Order Management.
3. Support component management, including missing parts and logistics distribution:
o Potential availability, transfer protocol, and handling unexpected missing parts.
4. Collaborate in coordination of parasitic flow with another department:
o Address non-conformities, over-delivery, lost parts, and cannibalization issues.
5. Collaborate in coordination of outstanding works:
o Manage pending logistics flows and transfer responsibility for work orders internally and externally.
Competencies:
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
Soft Skills:
* Well organized and conscious of time management.
* Reliable, ethical, and compliant in business practices.
* Open-minded to working in an international environment.
* Focused on problem solving.
IT Tools:
* SAP user knowledge (material management).
* Excel.
* GSuite (Gmail, GSheets, etc.).
Languages:
* Spanish (negotiation level).
* English (negotiation level).
* French (a plus).
