Job Overview As a Marketing Creative Coordinator at AdLiven, you will manage an extensive portfolio of clients from the gaming industry and beyond. You will have the opportunity to provide creative work for some of the biggest gaming giants in the industry. Your role will be to work closely with the Creative Director and the Partner Relations team to transform creative concepts into flawless executions, with the goal of producing high-performing ads that attract and retain new users for our clients. You will oversee the creative process from concept to final delivery, focusing on quality, performance, and innovation. Responsibilities Ensure flawless execution of all creative projects by managing the entire production process, from concept development to final delivery. Inspect assets and materials required for production, ensuring their readiness and suitability. Collaborate with internal and external artists, ensuring effective documentation and communication throughout the project. Evaluate, propose, and provide feedback on creative concepts to enhance quality and impact. Draft comprehensive Creative Briefs and provide clear direction to designers for high-quality creatives. Use tools like Sensor Tower to analyze competitor activities and conduct market research for informed decision-making. Stay updated on emerging trends in relevant industries to maintain creative innovation. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in the gaming industry. Over 3 years of experience in creative production, project management, or media-related fields. Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Communications, or a related field. Excellent project and time management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with Photoshop, After Effects, or Premiere. Extensive knowledge of 3D and 2D art pipelines. Understanding of design principles. Ability to brainstorm and present creative ideas collaboratively. Team player with supportive attitude. Familiarity with social platforms and in-app networks is a plus.
