1. At Spaces, we call our receptionists Community Associates. Our customers come to us for an inspiring work environment. As one of our receptionists, you’ll help deliver it by providing sparkling service, going the extra mile, and making everyone who visits us feel totally at home.
A typical day at Spaces
* You arrive 15 minutes before your centre opens to ensure everything is ready. You order the first cappuccino of the day at the bar and check that all lights are turned on and the space looks tidy.
* Members start arriving, and you assist with requests such as WiFi codes. You handle guest inquiries, such as providing directions to meeting rooms and ensuring amenities like coffee are available.
* You manage mail delivery, placing incoming mail in the correct mailboxes and notifying members when their mail arrives.
* During lunch, you enjoy a meal with colleagues in the restaurant.
* You meet with the Community Manager to plan upcoming events, such as the summer gathering.
* You assist guests with online memberships and arrange for their badges, also preparing badges for new employees.
* At the end of the day, you politely ask meeting groups to conclude their sessions, direct them to social activities or nearby restaurants, and ensure the space is tidy before leaving.
