Hybrid work – 2 days in a week onsite.

Technical Skills:
1.Create a robust on-site search strategy for digital direct business.
2.Own on-site search regionally, contributing to company-wide knowledge by sharing the best practices with stakeholders.
3.Always ensure best relevancy for the on site searches
4.Continuously increase the click through rate and conversation rate for the keywords being searched on site stores
5.Continuous optimization of the search bar results (pinning, boosts, Berry, synonymous, popular search keywords, redirects etc)
6.Optimization search result page SRP dash facet optimization, product spotlights, category links, promotion banners, campaigns etc
7.Plan and execute a upsell and cross sell campaign on various real estates on the stores by leveraging the tools capabilities
8.Work together with e-commerce merchandising team on a road map and create the execute optimization activities.
9.Perform keyword search in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing on site search experience and define new opportunities
10.Address pain point for the search keywords and improve the relevancy slash result accordingly.
11.Quality control dash making sure for the best relevancy and end to end experience (audit and analyze)
12.Provide feedback to merchandising team on the performance of keywords recommend plan to improve the click through rate of low performing keywords
13.Minimize the search result pages with 0 results to avoid exist from the online stores
14.Communicate performance and initiative status to stakeholders in monthly business reviews
15.Stay on top of the trends related to search and on site search optimization and leverage applicable practices to fuel growth on the online store ecosystem
16.Leverage the tool to personalize on site search experiences based on the user behavior, browsing history etc
17.Data Analytics + Campaign management knowledge + Data Obsession
18.SQL Knowledge, web analytics (HTML)
19.No interaction with SEO Team. Only interaction with Merchandizing + Adv teams NPI and campaigns. Analyzing Google analytics Data and making insights
Certifications Needed:
