You'll produce across formats: playable ads, UGC videos, animated gameplays, motion graphics, and statics. Playable ads - HTML5 interactive ads via our in-house AI generator
UGC video - AI-generated or AI-directed scripts, hooks, and edits
Generating and art directing assets across formats using AI image, video, and motion tools
Running our playable ad generator - concepting mechanics, reviewing output, shipping network variants
Maintaining quality across a high volume of creative - knowing when something is ready and when it needs another pass
Staying sharp on what's working - feeding performance signals back into your creative decisions
You come from a creative discipline - video editing, motion design, graphic design, art direction, or something adjacent. Video editor — you understand pacing, hooks, and what makes a cut land
Graphic designer or art director — you compose, you direct, you know when to stop
Background in mobile gaming, casual apps, or performance marketing creative
Familiarity with UA networks — AppLovin, Meta, TikTok, Google UAC
Some comfort reading or debugging HTML and JavaScript
We are not considering freelancers or consultants managing multiple projects. This is a full-time position.
