Your role As part of the Global Partnerships team, you will: Support global partnership activities and strategic initiatives.
Independently manage small to mid-sized collaborations.
Contribute to the execution, business modelling, and contract development of larger strategic partnerships.
Prepare executive-ready presentations and decision materials for senior management.
Work cross-functionally with multiple business units to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
Consolidate complex information into clear insights and recommendations.
What You Bring We are looking for someone with a strong business mindset and structured thinking, rather than a specific industry background.
Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, medical technology, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience (+5), ideally in: Management Consulting, Strategy, PMO, Business Development or similar dynamic environments.
Strong ability to structure and simplify complex information.
Excellent skills in PowerPoint and AI tools.
Comfortable working with: Business cases, executive presentations & legal and contract-related documentation.
High level of ownership, proactivity, and accountability.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
