The Pasqual Maragall Foundation was created in 2008 with the mission of promoting and developing excellent biomedical research. The Foundation is fully committed to being instrumental in contributing to global solutions to the problem of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias, as well as to raising social awareness about the disease. The Foundation's research is conducted at the Barcelonaßeta Brain Research Center (BBRC), a research center established with the participation of Pompeu Fabra University and the "la Caixa" Foundation.
The Pasqual Maragall Foundation's vision is to achieve a future without Alzheimer's, within the framework of active and healthy aging associated with positive experiences and freedom from problems and cognitive decline. To this end, BBRC research focuses on the primary and secondary prevention of Alzheimer's disease, which is made possible through the participation of thousands of people who voluntarily contribute to scientific studies aimed at achieving far fewer people with the disease in the near future.
The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a private, non-profit organization. Its financial resources come from philanthropic donations from organizations and companies, as well as from an extensive network of more than 100,000 members who contribute to funding its research. The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is a young, established and growing foundation that, together with the BBRC, currently has more than 250 people. The FPM team has transversal areas of maintenance, IT, finance, purchasing, human resources, communication, social area and fundraising, and the BBRC scientific team is made up of research staff and professionals from the areas of medicine, biology, psychology and nursing, among others. All in a dynamic environment, in which continuous challenges are part of the Foundation's scope of work.
We are looking for a Specialist in Analytics, CRO and Campaigns, to join the Fundraising Area, reporting directly to the Digital Fundraising Manager of the Foundation.
This role requires a strong analytical approach to lead and coordinate projects focused on optimizing digital fundraising channels. The mission combines digital project management, advanced digital analytics, and the coordination and execution of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies, with the goal of enhancing the Foundation's digital efforts and improving conversion rates and user experience.
Main responsibilities
Project management and digital acquisition campaigns
* Plan, coordinate and execute digital projects with a results-oriented and conversion-focused approach.
* Prepare briefings and track objectives.
* Contact and coordinate with external providers (creative teams, agencies).
* Coordinate communication with internal teams of the Foundation (Telemarketing, Strategic Alliances, Loyalty, F2F, Communication) to ensure that their needs are met and that they have visibility on the campaigns.
* Control and monitor budgets.
Analytical skills and coordination of optimization strategies
* Analyze website and campaign performance data (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Coordinate and monitor CRO and A/B testing strategies and actions to improve conversion and user experience.
* Understand and manage the tracking of analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4, Clarity, VWO or similar).
* Monitor and prepare periodic reports tracking results and recommendations based on improving analytics and conversion of the Foundation's forms platform.
Monitoring and coordination of the Foundation's forms platform
* Coordinate external providers in prioritizing and monitoring maintenance and improvement tasks for the lead generation form platform.
* Identify improvements and opportunities that contribute to optimizing conversion and user experience.
* Provide support to internal teams in creating forms and tracking results.
* Monitor the correct labeling and creation of the forms.
Coordination and collaboration
* To inform and give visibility to the campaigns and their results in a clear and organized manner to the different teams.
* Ensure smooth communication between the different teams and people involved in the projects and campaigns.
* Collaborate in the monitoring and review of results and content, supporting other projects of the digital acquisition team.
Data and results orientation
* To monitor, analyze and prepare reports on results to evaluate and improve the impact of digital projects and campaigns.
* Use and integrate into daily tasks the results tracking tools and dashboards used by the Fundraising team.
Requirements and experience
* Education: Degree or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication or similar, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital project management, web analytics and campaign optimization.
* Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Clarity, VWO, Looker Studio, etc.).
* Knowledge and experience in CRO projects, A/B testing, UX/UI and conversion metrics.
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions and opportunities for improvement.
* Experience in defining, implementing and monitoring advertising campaigns.
* Valuable experience in the third sector.
* Languages: Native Spanish and Catalan, and a high level of English comprehension.

Characteristics of the position
* Incorporation October-November 2025
* Work center in Barcelona.
* Structural position.
* Contract: Permanent, with a 6-month trial period.
* Full-time workday of 1,618 hours/year and 38 hours per week.
* Flexible hours.
* Hybrid/weekly work model (teleworking + in-person).
* Salary level according to the Foundation's remuneration policy and in accordance with the candidate's experience.
