For one of our main customers based in Sant Cugat, we are looking for a Retail Media Campaign Manager with deep expertise in on-site search and display advertising to join a growing team of specialist.
This role is adecuado for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising and Retail.com platforms, who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
As a Campaign Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Paid Search (PPC) and DSP campaigns across Amazon and other key retailers. You will play a pivotal role in driving search coverage, ROAS, and market share, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to the evolution of our campaign operations and best practices.

Main tasks:
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Paid Search and DSP campaigns across Amazon and other Retail.com platforms.
- Translate business objectives into actionable campaign plans, ensuring alignment with category goals and promotional calendars.
- Lead the allocation and optimization of significant media budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI across multiple campaigns and retailers.
- Oversee campaign setup, including keyword strategy, audience segmentation, negative keyword governance, and creative asset coordination.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, diagnosing issues, and implementing optimizations to improve results.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting on campaign performance, from keyword to portfolio level, with a focus on ROI and coverage.
- Collaborate with the Planning function to align on strategic priorities and ensure campaign execution supports broader business goals.
- Present campaign insights and performance updates to stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to annual budget planning and forecasting based on historical performance and market trends.
- Lead testing and innovation initiatives (~10% of time), exploring new formats, targeting strategies, and automation opportunities.
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in retail media and digital advertising.
- Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline campaign management and reporting processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Amazon Advertising and Retail.com media activations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale PPC and DSP campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/data handling capabilities and proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Experience with campaign management and reporting tools (e.g., Pacvue, Stackline, Downstream, Skai).
- Deep understanding of e-commerce seasonality, promotional planning, and digital shelf dynamics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to present insights clearly and confidently.
- Experience working with global teams across time zones and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Self-directed, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and process improvement (DMAIC mindset).
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Amazon Ads Certified, Criteo Ads Certified.
- Familiarity with bid management and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Flywheel, Junglescout).
- Experience managing or working with agencies.
- Multilingual capabilities (Italian, German, French, or Arabic) are a plus.
