Responsibilities
:
1. Build enhanced reporting and analytics for business performance, KPIs, and key business drivers
2. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization using data insights
3. Contribute to data-driven projects involving analysis, modelling, and reporting
4. Perform ad-hoc analysis and produce relevant insights as needed
5. Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and gather requirements
6. Communicate effectively with leaders to highlight improvement areas and propose recommendations
7. Provide training to new users and support the adoption of existing processes

Required Knowledge and Qualifications:
8. Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business, or a related field, and 3–5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent experience)
9. Strong Power BI skills, including the ability to write complex DAX measures
10. Strong Excel skills
11. Strong SQL experience
12. Solid understanding of database management concepts
13. Proven ability to make data-driven recommendations and influence stakeholders
14. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
15. Results-oriented mindset
Desirable Skills and Experience:
16. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems
17. Knowledge of coding (Python or similar) or willingness to learn
18. Understanding of ML concepts or interest in developing this skillset
19. Experience with additional BI tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, ...)
Languages:
20. Spanish and English: fluent level required
21. French: a plus
