You will work on further developing a portfolio already containing client names such as DHL, Johnson & Johnson, FDA, DMV, PwC, KeyBank, Spotify, and H&R; BLOCK.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Analytics team within Revenue Operations. This role is a key interface between business stakeholders and our data development team. You will be responsible for translating business questions into clear analytical requirements, building scalable reporting solutions in Power BI and Salesforce, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a liaison between GTM stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps) and the data development team to understand, document, and prioritize analytics needsTranslate business requirements into clear, detailed specifications for data and reporting solutionsDesign, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support strategic decisionsPartner with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure accurate and efficient reporting within Salesforce and related tools (e.G., Salesforce Reporting, Einstein Analytics)Proactively analyze trends and performance across the revenue funnel, identifying key insights and areas for improvementEnsure reporting consistency, data accuracy, and KPI alignment across systems and teamsSupport ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs with high quality, speed, and precisionContribute to the evolution of our data strategy, tooling, and analytics processesQualifications5+ years of experience in business intelligence, revenue/sales analytics, or similar roles in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, data modelling, and Power Query) and Salesforce reporting (reporting, dashboards, and basic SOQL understanding).Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions.Strong data storytelling skills — ability to extract insights from complex data and present them in a clear, compelling way.Familiarity with GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales velocity, retention/churn, CAC, LTV, etc.Experience collaborating with data engineering teams and understanding data architecture and pipelines.Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around documenting requirements and presenting findings.Experience with SQL, Excel, or other analytics tools is a plus.BenefitsCompany laptop and mobile phoneRegular webinars on wellbeing and multiple other topicsMultiple company eventsUp to 2 days paid time off per year for participating in volunteer activitiesRemote and hybrid working options to fit all lifestylesFlexible hours across most teams to allow you to find your own definition of balancePaid volunteering days off every year and paid parental leave in all our locationsPaid parental leave in all our locationsABBYY is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer that values the strength that diversity brings to the workplace.
