Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans aligned with global initiatives and tailored to regional market dynamics, client segments, and buyer personasLead multi-channel demand generation campaigns using a mix of PR, social media, digital, events, and direct marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growthCreate, localize, and manage marketing content and assets from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign objectives and brand standardsConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and share insights to inform cross-functional strategiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align field marketing efforts with revenue goals, while managing vendors, budgets, and timelinesTrack and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to optimize programs and communicate impact to stakeholders and leadershipWhat You'll OfferFluency in English;
proficiency in French, Spanish and / or Italian is highly desirable5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or field marketing roleBachelor's degree in Marketing Management, or another business-related fieldProven expertise in event planning, copywriting, and creative brief development, combined with outstanding writing, presentation, storytelling, and organizational abilitiesDeep understanding of customer segmentation and experience using data and analytics to inform and influence decision-makingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with experience using Microsoft Dynamics365 CRM, Zoom, Google Analytics, and WordPressWhat We OfferWork-Life Balance :
