Reporting to the Commercial Executive Manager, this position is responsible for the business relationships with our leading European Strategic Partners, namely Zalando, Amazon, Decathlon, Footlocker & the Inditex Group. It is critically important to enable Havaianas to grow the business and elevate the brand in the marketplace. It is primarily focused with building and executing Strategic Account plans for all key accounts, delivering a best-in-class Go To Market process, and strengthening the relationships with our long-term brand partners. In the process, elevating the brand and sustainably growing the business. Sales and account management for our European Strategic Partners (Zalando/Amazon/Decathlon/Footlocker/Inditex).
Reporting to the Commercial Executive Manager, driving strategic and sustainable growth and brand elevation across all accounts, influencing the rest of the marketplace.
Own and drive short and long term cross-functional planning & direction for the defined group of partners, to include seasonal product assortments, retail trade investment and execution and operational excellence.
Execute an elevated service model for all Strategic partners.
Annual budget planning per account, informing the European plan.
Aligning with the Commercial Director and EHQ on critical account meetings.
Support and collaborate with the customer service team to drive operational excellence.
Strategic business development experience & growth mindset.
Executive-level communication experience with strong commercial, negotiation & analytical skills.
Strong reporting skills in excel and PPT.
Team player with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
