KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping, evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.
**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.
- Maintain a detailed record of each interaction with customers in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the supervisor.
- Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
