Responsibilities :
* Responsible for sales and business growth in the Europe Marine, Offshore, and Oil & Gas markets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure profitable growth in sales revenue both in the short and long term.
* Contact new customers in Europe (ship-owners, ship-managers, service partners) and arrange meetings.
* Research organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities.
* Build and maintain rapport with key customers.
* Identify new opportunities, survey consumer needs and trends.
* Perform sales forecasting, negotiate contracts, and prepare quotations for customers.
* Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
* Collaborate closely with the Singapore teams to ensure efficiency in sales and delivery of products/solutions.
* Attend conferences, meetings, and maritime events.
