MCI seeks Outbound Sales Representatives to support a variety of projects for well-known brands. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, promoting and upselling products and services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Educate customers on products and services, identifying upsell opportunities
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Use internal systems to manage accounts and process orders accurately
Research and resolve customer issues, coordinating with other departments as needed
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
Maintain accurate records and safeguard customer information
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams
Stay current with training, updates, and system changes
Meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations
Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to type 20+ words per minute
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills
Customer‑focused, empathetic, and solution‑oriented
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Employment Conditions
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
Must be willing to submit up to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting, contingent on results
Must be willing to submit to drug screening, contingent on results
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive base salary based on experience
HMO coverage (dependent coverage varies by role)
Rank & File: ₱100,000
Supervisors/Managers: ₱120,000

Physical Requirements
The role is largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting or standing while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement throughout the office, reaching, and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required.
