Responsibilities
- As a consultant in the Transactions team, participate in corporate finance activities for clients in the financial sector, including market analysis, asset segmentation, asset and portfolio valuation, and preparation of teasers and information memorandums as part of M&A; advisory (structuring, investor negotiations, and closing).
- Advise on processes in M&A;, including debt portfolio transactions, restructurings, financing, and buying/selling companies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management (Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas).
- Master in Finance is valued.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate finance, with specific experience in buying/selling asset/debt portfolios and debt/assets management.
- High proficiency in Excel modeling.
- High level of English.
