You’ll turn data into strategy, automation into advantage, and experimentation into meaningful business impact - shaping how millions of learners discover Empresa confidencial worldwide.What you’ll be doing:Independently manage and optimize SEM campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, including keyword management, bidding, account structure, and creatives.Use performance data to form hypotheses and apply optimizations that improve ROI, conversion quality, and overall efficiency.Design and run basic A/B tests, defining clear hypotheses, success metrics, and expected outcomes.Build and maintain channel-level reports and dashboards (e.g. Looker) to monitor performance and surface optimization opportunities.Work closely with Data and Martech teams to ensure accurate tracking and effective use of the MarTech stack.Collaborate with Localisation, Creative, and Brand teams to plan creative strategy and ensure successful rollout across campaigns.Contribute to SEM and broader ma
