Job Description
GreenYellow seeks a Sales Manager for the Spanish market who reports directly to the Spain Sales Director and collaborates closely with the Country Director. In this hands‑on commercial role, you will drive the development and delivery of decarbonization projects across Spain, representing GreenYellow nationwide, expanding our presence, and contributing to the growth of our energy transition solutions. You will have strong support from European and corporate teams for technical analyses and offer preparation while focusing on market development and client engagement.
Main Activities and Tasks
* Participate in the commercial strategy for energy efficiency and decarbonization (refrigeration, heating, steam, climate).
* Actively search for business opportunities, contact customers and potential partners.
* Conduct technical‑commercial visits to customers.
* Evaluate potential opportunities based on technical and economic conditions.
* Develop solutions and prepare technical‑economic offers with the Operations Department.
* Present offers to clients and negotiate contracts.
* Create a business plan for offers with the support of the finance department.
* Negotiate and close contracts with assistance from the legal department.
* Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.
Profile
* Engineer or technical academic background.
* Minimum 4–5 years of technical‑commercial experience in industrial services (energy services, engineering, auditing, installation, equipment manufacturing).
* Knowledge of decarbonization and energy efficiency measures across key vectors (refrigeration, heating, steam, climate).
* Existing references or project databases (agro‑industry, automotive, OEMs, logistics, chemical) that can generate new business.
* Proactive, autonomous, with strong client and partner relational skills.
* Ability to build trusted customer relationships while driving profitable growth.
* High level of English proficiency.
