About the role
This role drives the digital transformation of the Business Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function into a data and AI/ML-driven advanced analytics and value-creation powerhouse. The Global Manager Digital Finance (GMDF) shapes how Finance/BPA supports the business using AI, ML, and digital technologies. Responsibilities include project management, process and organizational design, reengineering, and managing interdependencies with other digital initiatives across the company.
The GMDF actively participates in developing and implementing AI/ML-powered components for financial forecasting, planning, and data science analytics related to marketing and sales. The role involves executing projects, driving organizational change, and partnering with data scientists, software engineers, and visualization experts to build digital solutions.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Co-developing vision and supporting prioritization of AI/decision-making tools aligned with BPA/Finance functions.
2. Owning selected AI/ML products, overseeing their design, development, and implementation, ensuring successful roll-out and adoption.
3. Connecting new solutions with operational processes and leveraging BPA expertise for pragmatic implementation.
4. Identifying inefficiencies in AI/ML/digital applications and implementing improvements for scalable, industrialized approaches.
5. Liaising with other digital/AI initiatives to identify overlaps and co-create a digitalization roadmap.
6. Shaping the future organization of BPA/Finance to support systemic evolution.
7. Collaborating with Digital Finance and IT teams to define data requirements for advanced AI tools.
8. Leading initiatives to demonstrate business value and scale solutions globally.
9. Providing quick turnaround for ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making.
10. Facilitating management decisions to drive digital transformation.
Qualifications
* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, with recognized financial qualification.
* 5-9 years of financial experience in blue-chip companies, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of interacting with senior leadership.
* Proficiency in English is required.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in business analysis and financial forecasting.
* Knowledge of business finance processes, performance management, and analytics.
* Innovative, digital, and agile mindset.
