- Se considerarán candidaturas ubicadas en Andalucía Oriental o Murcia, o contar con disponibilidad para trasladarse a estas zonas durante la vigencia del contrato, ya que el puesto requiere presencia en el territorio.
YOUR OPPORTUNITY
Being part of the On‑Trade Wholesalers Team developing our brands in the channel looking to gain market share in a profitable way. Belong to a team that is changing the model, with focus on developing our brands through the Wholesalers. Working in the OTW team together with the wholesalers and C&C; will give you a 360 view of the entire On Trade channel. If you are Business Manager you will add experience and knowledge of a very dynamic channel that is transforming. It will allow you to put the consumer at the center from the beginning of the chain.
About You
We are looking for primos who want be part of our Family and want to develop their career in a dynamic team. You are result oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible to deliver key revenue targets as determined by the Country financial plan. (NSV&GP;).
- Be accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On‑Trade customers.
- Develop and maintain effective and strategic relationships with Key Customers and influence the positioning of Bacardi brands in the Area.
- Define Top Wholesaler Account Plan with integrated activation plans and performance tracking (Forecast, Terms, etc).
