About the role
We are looking for a Java Developer with 2–3 years of professional experience who is eager to continue growing technically and has an interest in building a career within the insurance or banking sector.
You will join a collaborative technical team, working on stable, long-term projects with real business impact, focusing on code quality, scalability, and best practices.
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience working with Java
Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
Experience developing RESTful APIs
Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
Experience using Git
Interest in the insurance and/or banking domain
Team-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
Nice to have:
Previous experience in banking or insurance projects
Knowledge of microservices architectures
Experience with Hibernate / JPA
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Docker
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
