We’re Looking For
4–5+ years’ experience as a desk adjuster handling liability claims (2+ years litigation experience ideal)
Experience adjusting Louisiana claims preferred, with strong understanding of coverage issues
Proactive, organized, continuous learner with Type-A personality and process improvement mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
Familiarity with hospital/healthcare clients a plus
Ability to work independently, with professional home office, and flexibility for initial onsite training + occasional site visits
Core Responsibilities
Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and close liability claims
Consult with clients on coverage, strategy, and claim resolution
Coordinate with defense counsel and internal teams
Conduct client claim reviews, mediations, and presentations
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company policies
Aggressively manage litigation process and drive resolution efficiently
