Role Mission We’re looking for a hands-on
Kinaxis RapidResponse Technical Consultant
to help elevate and optimize an existing implementation with low maturity. The tool currently doesn’t fully support business needs, so we need someone capable of improving, stabilizing, and evolving the solution. The ideal person has a
strong technical backbone (50–70%) with
solid functional understanding (30–50%), can quickly grasp business requirements, propose improvements, and work comfortably in a highly customized environment.

Responsibilities Optimize and enhance the current Kinaxis RapidResponse setup. Work with
data models, workbooks, and planning algorithms
. Perform technical configurations and adjustments to improve usability and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align planning processes and solution behavior. Support ongoing customizations and adapt quickly to new requirements. Produce clear documentation of processes, configurations, and enhancements.

Requirements
Experience ~3–4+ years
working with
Kinaxis RapidResponse
. ~ Strong
technical orientation
preferred over purely functional profiles.
Key Knowledge Kinaxis data model, workbooks, and planning algorithms. Solid
Supply Chain Planning
expertise (mandatory). DRP, Forecasting, and Supply Planning
experience (focus areas of the project). Working experience with the Kinaxis Integration Module
(preferred). SAP knowledge as an end user
(a strong plus). Experience in the Pharma sector is a plus.
Languages ~ Fluent English
(mandatory).
Skills Proactive mindset and quick learner. Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills. Team-oriented and comfortable in dynamic, evolving environments.
Location ~ Preferably
Barcelona
, but open to candidates from other regions ~( except India
, per project requirements).
