Your mission

As a key member of our corporate team, your mission as an Ethics & Compliance Consultant will be to promote an ethics and compliance culture within your area of operation through implementing systems, programs, or actions for risk management and culture adoption.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with corporate standards and legal requirements (e.g., anti-corruption, whistleblowing) and sectoral requirements (e.g., interaction with healthcare stakeholders).
* Advise business areas on compliance risks and promote E&C culture adoption.
* Develop and implement training and awareness programs on compliance (e.g., third-party due diligence, sectorial codes).
* Monitor compliance risks, including criminal risks, and implement continuous improvement and automation of processes.
* Develop and present internal and external reports.
* Participate actively in audits and certification processes.

Requirements
You will excel if you are empathetic, humble, curious, and optimistic. The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Economics, or similar; postgraduate studies or Certification in Compliance are highly valued.
* 3-5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance roles within multinational environments.
* High proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus, as well as backgrounds in legal, audit, risk management, or consultancy firms.
* Strong communication skills, impact and influence, empathy, and the ability to build valuable relationships across the organization.
* Proactivity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
