Idiliq Group, a leading company in the tourism and hospitality industry, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Club Operations Systems team. This is a fully on-site position based at our facilities in Mijas Costa, Málaga.
As part of a small and specialised team, the successful candidate will contribute to maintaining and developing operational systems that support key business processes, reporting and product billing across the organisation. The role is focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity and efficiency of Club and Member information within our systems, while adapting system functionality and reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
This position involves regular collaboration with directors, managers and operational teams across multiple departments, making strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain and develop operational systems supporting Club Operations processes and reporting.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Club and Member information within internal systems.Review, analyse and improve system functionality, operational procedures and reporting capabilities.Develop, maintain and troubleshoot reports and system processes, including front-end and back-end adjustments.Work with relational databases to manage, query and manipulate data.Support the generation of business reports and data analysis to assist operational and management decision-making.Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to identify system improvements and business needs.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational systems and reporting tools.Maintain documentation related to system processes, reports and procedures.Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company systems, operational processes and products from both internal and user perspectives.
Requirements
Experience working with relational database systems and SQL programming (procedures, views, triggers, jobs and traces), preferably with MS SQL Server.Experience creating and debugging reports using MS SSRS in Visual Studio or other reporting tools such as Crystal Reports.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with Visual Basic experience considered an advantage.Previous exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Business Central and Customer Insights, is desirable.Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.High level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to different stakeholders.
