This is a hybrid strategic and execution role at the core of CoachBase.You will lead:Commercial growthCommercial & Client DevelopmentLead B2B sales and business development (client pitches, demos, proposals)Manage senior client relationships (HR / L&D leaders, sponsors, program teams)Coaching Program DeliveryAct as strategic account lead for clientsProgram performance and reportingExecutive-level client engagement
Work closely with tech teams to design, test, and deploy featuresEnsure a client-centric, scalable user experience
Ensure high-quality user support across participants and coachesOversee platform activity and operational performanceScale and optimize processes through automation, AI, and data-driven workflows
Finance & Performance ManagementCoach paymentsMonitor KPIs, margins, and overall business performance
Team Leadership & Coach NetworkLead a cross-functional team, primarily based in APACOversee coach recruitment and onboarding globallyEnsure consistent quality and experience standards
Brand & MarketingOversee digital marketing and brand positioning:Content (LinkedIn, thought leadership, blog)Align platform development with commercial and client needsStrong experience in xohynlm project / program management and client facing roles~ Experience contributing to or leading B2B sales and procurement processes~ Strong experience working with senior stakeholders in multinational environments
Strong commercial mindset (sales, client management)Experience in L&D, coaching, or talent developmentStrong interest in and affinity with technology / digital toolsAdvanced command of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (must-have)
Experience managing global / remote teams
