Responsibilities
* Promote and develop Energy Efficiency projects within the organization
* Carry out technical lubrication studies and audits
* Provide field service on equipment in industrial companies
* Support field tests and generate technical documentation
* Perform services on large drives, including inspection, commissioning, cleaning, and repair support
* Audit and clean chains and lubrication systems
* Implement best practices, including labelling, lubrication warehouse organization, and TPM standardisation
* Provide technical training to customers
Qualifications
* Higher degree in Industrial Mechatronics or equivalent
* Advanced level of Spanish & English
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Accustomed to working towards objectives
* Customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
* Experience using CRM systems
* Experience in an industrial environment (maintenance, assembly, technical support, production, or similar)
* Experience using thermographic equipment, vibration analysis, data loggers, etc.
* Experience in the cement sector is an advantage
* Knowledge of TPM is an advantage
* Willingness to travel within the country
